“We had the exterior brick of our home painted. Chris power washed it, sealed it and then painted it with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint. We took the house from light yellow brick to deep gray with white trim. Chris paid attention to detail ensuring that the white caulking had a clean line by hand trimming the dark paint in various areas of the house. We also hired Chris to paint the interior of our home. “I hired them on a recommendation from a friend. They where, clean, neat, and called 15 minutes before there scheduled start time to confirm there appointment. I wanted a block design on my bathroom walls. They showed me pictures of there previous work, that pertained to my wants, this helped me narrow down my design. They painted samples on my wall and suggested that I use a multicolored design to make the blocks look more authentic. They where excellent at mixing the exact colors that I wanted. They changed the colors right on site with tints like paint stores use. I was quite surprised of there ability with color. I never met another painter that did that. The others went to the store to purchase another color. They where artists not painters. There work exceeded my expectations, and there design suggestions created a finish that I never thought could be achieved. Extremely happy with everything they did.”

“Wow, I'm not only blown away by their beautiful and easy-to-apply products, I'm blown away by their customer service. I'm a college student just moving into my first apartment and my roommate and I thought, "What better way to make this place feel like home than to wallpaper it? Add some life to the place?" Low and behold, we're not allowed to paint or permanently wall paper our apartment so Swagpaper was the perfect solution to our problem. We ordered two strips of their wallpaper immediately upon seeing it (we should've measured our wall first, but you know, these are things you learn). Upon telling my parents about how we'd ordered wall paper, they asked if we had measured before which we had not ant then immediately did. The two pieces of wall paper would be too small to cover the area we'd wanted covered. I got on the phone with Swagpaper customer service, was almost immediately connected to a representative (a real live person representative) who could not have been nicer. I told him what'd happened and he told me that luckily the order hadn't gone out yet so, much to my relief, they could easily amend it to be two larger pieces of wall paper. This was not the only flub on my behalf that Swagpaper handled with grace: I also flubbed in writing my new address. The order was shipped to us very quickly after processing and should've arrived only two days later but it never showed. I checked the tracking code they sent us and saw that it had been shipped back to the sender because I'd miswritten a number in my address. I e-mailed Swagpaper this time asking if they'd be able to resend the paper to my now corrected address and again they said of course and kindly obliged this bumbling college student. Once we received our paper, we were so pleased. It's beautiful and really adds to the entire aura and comfort of the room. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.”
