“The Louie Lighting website is really beautiful! I find it well organised, it's easy to find the compay's contact information, and everything you need to get started is right on the front page. I love the layout and the how easy the website is to use. I love that you know right away that they are a BBB certified business so you can feel confident buying from Louie Lighting. Almost right away when I went to the site, a customer service message came up asking me if I needed help with anything. That's a big plus for me. When I go into a store to purchase, I like to be asked right away if I need help and this is a digital extension of that type of customer service. The lighting solutions are breathtaking! The customer service is top-notch! I love that the site includes articles and infomation about the trade, I feel like that keeps the content fresh and makes me want to come back to read and stay to browse the lighting units.
