“I commissioned SLLD to provide a lighting scheme for my Grade A listed apartment in the Old Town in Edinburgh. The particular design challenge was to highlight a long, quite dark hall with a barrel vaulted ceiling. The SLLD solution exceeded my expectations with discreet floor lighting complimented by clever illumination that highlighted the Victorian ceiling features. Overall the apartment has been transformed with the lighting scheme. SLLD provided a highly professional service including a large dash of creativity.”

I attended her class for tailored lampshades and hard shades at Betchworth, Surrey and throughly enjoyed the experience .jane shared some useful tips to help you achieve the perfect hard shade. It's all very much in the detail . Jane is also a very warm, friendly lady I can recommend her classes Photo shows the silk lampshade I made with Jane , handworked ruffle trim”
