In discussing the items purchased we first had print outs from a catalogue to ensure the fixture was an outstanding fit. The sales person, Lynn, who assisted us, went out of her way to ensure all questions were answered and we had all the information we needed to make an intelligent and informed decision. And, it was all done with a smile. I cannot say enough about Lynn's willingness to help.
