“I commissioned SLLD to provide a lighting scheme for my Grade A listed apartment in the Old Town in Edinburgh. The particular design challenge was to highlight a long, quite dark hall with a barrel vaulted ceiling. The SLLD solution exceeded my expectations with discreet floor lighting complimented by clever illumination that highlighted the Victorian ceiling features. Overall the apartment has been transformed with the lighting scheme. SLLD provided a highly professional service including a large dash of creativity.”

“I am an interior designer and have recently worked on a complete refurbishment of 670 sq m of contemporary barn space. I was lucky enough to be able to commission Anaïs to design, plan and supply all my lighting and electrical requirements. Anaïs was professional, innovative and completely competent throughout the project. She provided excellent clear scale plans. Helpful, thoughtful and practical, they listened to the brief and produced attractive, effective designs to suit. Would very happily recommend to anyone wanting lighting design and installation.
