Rob Swan was timely in getting back to me to arrange a visit to advise on options (I would recommend the 'Slim Sash' solution Swan has) and measure up for a quote. I was pleased that Rob's visit was practical, informative and devoid of any sales tactics. Having made the decision to order with Swan I was pleasantly surprised that they scheduled me in quickly and conveniently. The fitting team were punctual and polite and the installation was completed within the estimated timescales. The windows themselves look great, the rending and general 'making good' by the fitters was more than acceptable.”

“Great company - that manufacture some fantastic timber windows and doors. From our initial enquiry through to the delivery of our windows and doors to our site (which are completely factory finished and ready to fit) Dale's approach was spot on. We selected all of the options and features for our windows and doors, type of glazing and then finishing touches and it arrived on site all done. All our enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and the finished product is stunning quality. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality, made to measure timber windows and doors”
