“Justino and his team did a full remodel of our yard. Justino was a huge help in finalizing the design. He also came up with a number of creative solutions to some of the issues with our property. We had a few challenges that we had to work through. The project was larger than Justino anticipated and it took longer than we thought. We also ended up more over budget than we thought. Overall we are really happy with the way everything turned out. Justino was a great partner and always worked to make us happy. I highly recommend his services.”

“We found Green Spaces on Houzz in the fall and contacted them and two others. As soon as we met our designer we knew that they understood what we wanted. They designed a new walkway, front yard planting, and a great backyard retreat. The project was below our budget. The stone mason crews were top notch and very professional. They completed a week ahead of the original wrap up date. Our family loved the space and Christmas and we are very pleased. We look forward to working them in the near future.”

Qian Li was always available to answer questions and address concerns. They completed my property on time, and have exceeded my expectations in every way. I had so many prospects wanted to sign the lease right after they toured the house! It’s absolutely essential to have an honest, hardworking contractor who delivers on their promises and obligations. “Jacob worked with us on planning our backyard project, and was very patient and professional as we changed our design a few times. Jacob was very helpful, making recommendations based on our budget. The Dreamscapes team installed a garden wall to raise the length of my sloping backyard. The 3 foot high stone wall has some curves and includes stairs making it easier for us to tend to our garden without having to climb the wall. They also installed pavers for a nice addition to our smaller patio, this makes for a nicer foundation when we entertain family and friends. We are extremly happy with our beautiful backyard Oais. We will definately use their services again and highly recommed them.”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. There was a challenge or two along the way, (neither of which of James or our making), but through the resolution of both James was solution-oriented and fair. “We hired NW Outdoor Lighting after a long search for a professional that could provide a comprehensive lighting design that would enhance the aesthetics of both our home's architecture and our landscaping. We discussed our project with Mary Peterson, the owner of NWOL, who then visited our property to work with us on the better understand the dimensions of our property and demonstrate her product offerings. Shortly thereafter, she provided a design that fully fit our needs and budget, and she and her team did the installation approximately 2 weeks later. Mary is a joy to work with, she and her installation team did an excellent job throughout the installation process adhering to her schedule commitments and keeping the area clean and she held the costs within our budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and have received numerous compliments on the appearance of our home in the evening. We highly recommend NW Outdoor Lighting.”
