“My wife and I had built a house and asked Brian from Forest Landscaping for an estimate to sod our front and down the sides to the rear of the house, brick boarder around the house with 18in of stone between the house and boarder, seed and blanket the backyard, plant a bradford pear tree that he grew on his property, and plant 6 other bushes and plants. He listened to what we wanted made suggestions and made a rendition of what the project would look like finished with the house. The price for what we asked was very reasonable and we accepted. We scheduled a day to have the work completed. I left for work at 6 a.m. and arrived home at 4 p.m. the work was 100% completed and cleaned up. Very professional and very personable group of employees! We will use Forest Landscaping in the future to build us a retaining wall in our backyard. We look forward to working with them again!”

“We had recently added a sunroom and needed some landscaping done in our backyard around the new room. We also decided to put in a patio adjacent to the sunroom. We have a slanted backyard, so we really needed advice on how to accomplish this. In addition, we needed a landscaper to work with us as the contractor finished our deck so everything would flow together. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were really looking for advice and recommendations. We talked to three different landscapers and decided to go with Western DuPage Landscaping. The designer, Nicole, had some great suggestions for our project and worked within the budget we gave her. She patiently explained the difference in pricing between the various pavers available and also recommended plants and shrubs that would grow in our very shaded backyard. Our project came in on budget and in the time frame given. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to return to WDL for future work.”

“We have had Exterra do two projects for our home. First was landscaping the front and side of the house. This involved stone work, plantings and a pergola. We were thrilled with beautiful design and the craftsmanship of installation. The plantings have thrived and after 10 years all the work remains intact. Two years ago, we came back to Pete to have a patio put on the back of the house. This was all brick work and Pete's design was great and worked perfect with what was existing. We had some settling on the patio and Exterra was out immediately to fix it and it is great. We love the work Pete has done with design and the guys doing the install were wonderful. We whole heartedly recommend Exterra designs.”

“We had the pleasure of beginning to work with Nancy and her team in the spring of 2011. From the design process, to the quoting process, and all the way through the installation which was completed almost a year later, my wife and I felt extremely comfortable with the effort and craftmanship put into the process. We felt like we were a partner with Nancy every step of the way. Small's was able to take a very bland back yard and front landscaping, and transform it into a park-like setting that brings joy to my wife everyday. They have also been extremely helpful in the follow up as we look for the right balance of what we can maintain and what takes a more professional touch.
