“We had our backyard landscaped by Niagara Outdoor and are beyond thrilled with the results! The yard came with some rather large obstacles to overcome – eight mature pine trees; rather than work around them, Niagara Outdoor made them into a design feature because they knew how much we love them! The up-lighting makes the yard feel completely different at night. A huge thanks to Greg, Trevor and their crew for doing an amazing job! A great group of guys that take a lot of pride in their work! The company's customer service and attention to detail are exceptional. And a special thank-you to Shawna for helping to make our dream a reality!”

“We chose Mapleridge to build an outdoor pergola, water feature and bench for us. We would highly recommend them for any outdoor project that you had in mind. They were very professional, treated us with respect. They were timely in the execution of the project. We were informed along each step of the way the plans that enhanced our vision of what we required. Everyone who sees the pergola and water feature are very impressed with both the design and the functionality of the projects. “We recently used Twenty Creek to redo our backyard. We had the fence replaced, a deck removed, old concrete patio removed and a larger paver patio installed as well as the whole yard regrarded with retaining wall planters and new sod. From the very first meeting with Luke, we felt like a valued customer. He was amazing at giving suggestions and ensuring he understood what it was we wanted as a final outcome. They started late April and as soon as everything was ripped apart the rain started and seemed to never end! The conditions these guys worked through were truly horrible. No matter how deep they sunk into the mud, they were always the most pleasant, professional contractors we've dealt with. Through these conditions, they made us a patio that is truly a work of art! A retaining wall planter that was so much more than we hoped for. A fence that makes us smile and a graded yard that is now perfect for our Granddaughter to play on. We knew what we were hoping to have at the end and we can truly say that this team blew any and all expectations out of the water. Luke was constantly in contact to ensure we were happy with the progression and to see if we had any concerns. The team were unbelievable embassadors for the company. Every single one was friendly, professional and so talented! This is the first contractor/company we can honestly give our 100% support to. We can't wait to work with Luke and the team again! “I would certainly recommend this Company. They were very accommodating due to weather delays and worked in harmony with another contractor. There on site workers were diligent and mindful of existing landscaping they had to work around, in addition they cleaned up on a daily basis. The work consisted of creating an Egress Door through our basement foundation with outside Below Grade stone steps up to Grade level, which included drainage tie in to the existing weeping tile. First class work !!!”

“Chris and his team recently completed a full makeover of our backyard. Not only are we super impressed with the finished product (which is clean, modern and beautiful) - but the whole process along the way as well. Chris is very accessible, no matter what time we reached out with questions, he was always quick to reply. His level of service is spot on. Then the work by him and his crew was pretty impeccable considering they are working with stones that are hundreds of pounds. Their attention to detail and their work ethic is truly admirable. Even after the job was complete Chris personally came by a few nights to tie up loose ends and ensure we were happy. We wouldn't hesitate about recommending him and will likely have him back when we decide to do more work. Thanks for a job well done Chris.”

“Mike and Ashley have done 2 projects for us in 2 homes over the last 5 years. Both involving front entrance ways to our home. In both projects they have been nothing but professional with a team of employees that are extremely cordial and respectful of a customers property and neighbors. The work was done very quickly but without rushing the details. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome and have been proud of the comments from family, friends and neighbors as to the design that the Outdoor people implemented. We will continue to use Mike and Ashley on further projects we are planning in our back yard in the very near future. You should too. Paula and John”

“This is the 4th project we have used Landscape Concepts for and each time we have been extremely impressed! They are fair, honest and stick to your project once it is started. Our business office needed a parking lot, the filling in of a basement door and water proofing along the wall facing the new parking lot. Chris and his team came in, provided specific and accurate quotes for the work to be done as well as advice on what would look best and ways to save money on the work being done. The work started the day that Chris said that it would start and finished a day before he expected it to be complete. This even included a couple of additional items, such as a shed, and fencing that we asked them to complete for us. During the job, they were all very professional, and courteous to our neighbours and communicated as they progressed and provided feedback as the project progressed. The pricing was accurate and detailed. This is the kind of business you want to have working for you! Everything looks great, no issues and will continue to use Landscape Concepts for future projects. Thanks Chris! James”

“Envision landscapes recently designed and installed a large brickwork patio in our back garden. The work involved removing 2 old patios and some existing landscaping. The end result is a really attractive and functional outdoor space. They were great to work with, very careful of gardens and grass areas. The access was very difficult down a narrow steep slope, but the work was done with no damage and with no interruption.”
