They are very knowledgeable, have an intuitive understanding of what fits your environment best, are always on-time and highly responsive to your requests and questions. And patient. Plus they are just plain fun to work with. In addition, to design advice, I have also purchased a variety of items from them ranging from furniture to lamps to accessories. Their merchandise is very high quality and is unique and original. And, you can't beat Genny's design sense and exquisite taste in materials and furnishings. Sophisticated, yet warm.
