“Cadolino Custom Woodworking was very professional and thorough. I had an oak kitchen peninsula installed as a divider between my kitchen and dining room. You expect that the finished quality of a custom piece will be great. What really impressed me though was the attention to detail and the personal considerations both during the design phase and the installation. Angelo took the time to design the piece with input from me and offered options based on what would be the current and potential future use of the piece. My main concern was that the peninsula would look out of place between two rooms that are rather different but the design looked good and the piece when installed worked perfectly. The style and color of the piece matched my country kitchen perfectly on the one side and blended seamlessly into the colonial dining room on the other. The quality was excellent both in the strength of construction and its finish. The installation was done with minimal disruption to our home environment and the cleanup upon completion was immaculate. I would highly recommend Cadolino Custom Woodworking to anyone looking to have custom interior work done on their homes.”

“We have been buying furniture and household accessories from Fairhaven Furniture for nearly thirty years, and most recently as our adult children set up their own homes it is the place where our children most want to shop. The items in our home which we acquired from Elizabeth and Kerry - our cherry dining room table, our down-stuffed curved living room sofas, side tables and bedroom furniture - are the artistic touches we love most in our home. Lao, Colleen and Mark have helped us to purchase beautiful pieces for our offices now too, from stressless chairs to sleek couches (we now own two sizes of "the Michael" sofa). On the rare occasions when we have chosen an item that is too big for the space or just doesn't quite look right the staff has helped us without hesitation, removing the furniture back to the store and helping us to make a better choice. There are times I go down to Blatchley Street with nothing in mind to buy, just for the pleasure of looking around at what's new. It's a visual feast of beautiful wood and vibrant materials. Nothing is mass produced, everything is made with care and invention.”

“I was looking for some decorative products am I found this rococo blue vase from the seller BuyU, is simply stunning! It's not just a vase; it's like a piece of art for my living room. “The owner of Old English Fireplace Benches recently delivered a beautiful club fender for a decorating project that I am doing in a historic hotel lobby. The large fireplace desperately needed furniture that created a welcoming, inviting feel to the area. For me, nothing does that as well as a club fender. Old English Fireplace Benches was easy to work with, and very helpful with suggestions as we custom tailored the bench to suit the fireplace. The workmanship is wonderful, and I know that my client will enjoy this bench for many years to come.”

Without Susan and Team Susan, we probably still would not be moved into our new home due to a number of mechanical and other issues that did not come to light until the design work began. They seamlessly handled every problem issue, and continue to do so today. And their design is so lovely; Susan worked with our budget requirements and was very creative, still bringing a truly special touch to our home. We are constantly flattered by visitors about her design and the beauty and warmth of the home.
