“We've just had our old 70's staircase completely replaced by Thomas Ferns and what a difference it makes. The whole process was very straightforward from the initial design consultation to the removal and fitting of the new staircase. One of the many things we liked were the various examples of style and samples of wood and glass shown to us during the design consultation stage meaning we could readily envisage the finished product before we placed the order. When it came to fitting the new staircase Thomas and his team were meticulous workmen with a keen eye on attention to detail making sure that the finished product was just as we wanted. All in all considering the positive change its made to our house and the complete lack of hassle I wonder why we didn't replace our staircase sooner”

“We are extremely happy with the finished product. Living over in France we were unable to find any companies that could provide what we needed within our price range. So we contacted StairBox and they were more than happy to help. Chris helped to organise the delivery to Dover an coordinate with our courier, easy as can be. The staircase itself was a mixture of oak and pine (which we intend to paint). Being able to perform quotes online aswell as chatting with the team over the phone meant that everything was very simple. We don't intend to buy another staircase any time soon, but if we did, we would not hesitate to go with StairBox.”

“We ordered a bespoke balcony and asked for a special order for glass n flooring which Bradfabs delivered without problems. Product great quality. They matched our colour requirements as well what more can you ask for. All Staff dealt with were efficient and polite We would definitely recommend them. On time and within budget. Thanks again”

“Hi All, I went with Max Stairs initially of the back off how passionate Waldemar was about staircases in general. He instilled me with a lot of confidence and he was clearly knowledgeable on his product. We had a delay with our stairs that put back our move in date - This was not entirely their fault. Would I use this company again? 100% YES!!! The staircase that we had made, simply put is stunning!”

“The guys at Claitens have done an amazing job. I am so pleased with my new staircase and wine storage under the stairs. It looks fantastic. I have had a lot of work done in my home this year and these guys were by far the tidiest workmen. They cleaned up after themselves on each visit and worked really discreetly which was great as I worked from home throughout the transformation. I have already recommended these guys to a number of people. They were simply excellent, so much attention to detail and my staircase looks fantastic. Thanks lads.”

“Stairkraft provided the design and installation of stairs for our new build. The stairs were a cantilever design with oak stairs and glass balustrade and Stairkraft liased with our timber frame supplier to ensure that the structure met the requirements. In all our dealings with Stairkraft, the staff were always helpful, informative and friendly. The installation team were excellent and you could tell that they took pride in their work. The stairs are in our lounge and are admired by all visitors.”
