He came back and installed the railing for the same cost as the estimate.. No Surprises. I am very satisfied and would recommend CT Metal Railings to anyone !!!”

“"da Vinci by Design" provided spiral staircase and railings for my apartment. It is a beautiful product and it is admired by all my visitors. Michael from "da Vinci" spent a lot of time with my contractors explaining the details of installation. When finally the result was not perfect, he brought his own crew at his cost and reinstalled the stairs to my satisfaction. Michael is indeed an enthusiast of the product and really cares about quality of finished installation. It was a pleasure to work with "da Vinci".”
