In fact, she has patience in dealing with rookies in the field such as myself, and experience in spades which she used to suggest a few avenues for troubleshooting a few quirky issues along the way. I also forgot to order the piece behind the range to join the two counter tops together, I called her up and she had it ready the next day for (free) pickup. fantastic service, fantastic pricing, fantastic product.”
