“Mrs. Anjali had created a unique design for our front yard. She worked diligently with us every step of this project because we did not know what we want, what would be appropriate for our climate zone and our particular location. She was very patient, understanding and kind. We appreciated that! She explained thoroughly the ins and outs of this project. We were particularly impressed with her knowlege of plants and flowers, it was fun to work with her. Our front yard has been outgrowing and was not taken care of for years. Mrs. Anjali turned it into a beautiful shrubs and flower bed. She took out some old bushes and trees, kept our favorite Japanese maple (which one couldn't even see) and incorporated it into her design. And we loved the choice of shrubs and flowers she made! One more thing to add --- she managed to stay on budget! She is a very resourceful designer.”

“We hired Jackie to make a very ugly back yard into a space we would love and she did. She used her expertise to tackle a project with multiple grading and structural issues. Besides having strong creative talents, she also is extremely flexible and accomodating to work with, making changes as needed and being sensitive to the clients concerns (financial and otherwise) while always keeping an eye towards the integrity of her project. She develops very detailed plans , picks contractors that she respects and follows the project through to completion remaining dedicated to the needs of her clients even in areas that should/might be the contractors. “We chose bp design to landscape our side and back yards after a house renovation. We have been very happy with results of the design which included a large amount of hardscape work (patio, steps, walkways), as well as many plants. Ms. Pantoja, head architect, worked with us closely to develop the plans, taking into consideration our wants, desires, and budget. She accompanied us to pick out the plants, and she was onsite for much of the hardscape work. We would recommend bp design highly.”

“We hired Dan and Corey last summer to design plans for landscaping a difficult hillside and our front yard. They selected and installed the plantings and sod and installed cobblestone edging and a paver walkway. We decided to have them do the work in three phases to match our budget. They have completed the installation for two of the three phases, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Their work is top-notch. They have an eye for design and they use top-rated materials. In fact, they turned an eyesore of a rocky, weed-filled hillside into an asset. They know what they're doing, and they do things the right way. They are a small company (just the two guys) so they do the work themselves - which is how we like to do things. We plan to have them do the final phase this summer.”

“Jonathan designed a landscaping plan for our backyard, which had serious grading issues. The plan included regrading and the creation of terraces, the construction of several stone walls, and the planting of shrubs, trees, and some grass. Jonathan is a true believer in creating landscaped spaces which are sensitive to the surrounding environment, using native plants and local (or near-local) stone. He is also a passionate gardener. Jonathan is an absolutely amazing landscape architect! He considered our site carefully and well, and was always great to work with, stopping by daily to check on the work. From the start, he listened to our wants and needs, and gave us several options whenever possible. He subcontracted the construction of our stone walls to a company which did gorgeous work using Goshen stone (a 40-ft curved sitting wall, a patio, and a four-terrace garden). It has been a couple of years since the job was completed, and every single time we have a visitor, the yard receives compliments. Jonathan takes the long view, and so you must have patience and trust that as plantings grow, his vision will reveal itself over time; it will.”

“Elliott created a schematic for my large front yard, which by the way is a piece of art in itself that I will have framed and hung in my home. He did a fabulous job and exceeded our expectations. The way he laid out the plantings, it really framed our yard and made if feel like an oasis of our own. He was very particular in the positioning of the plantings to create privacy as well as a beautiful view from inside the home. Elliott is also very personable, and listens to what the customer wants, incorporating his expertise and customer desires into a couple of plans we had to choose from.”
