“Just started working with Joe but we loved his design so we went with him. He's very passionate about his work. He picked out beautiful plantings and his design had so much movement to it. His pricing was very reasonable and he's been very helpful in the whole process in getting this started. Our work starts at the end of September and I'll be back for the final review but so far Joe's been great and very helpful!”

Major features of the plan included: --installing a brick paver driveway bordered by a snapcut limestone retaining wall --installing bluestone front entry walk and porch --rebuilding backyard bluestone patio and new courtyard area with water fountain and cast iron fence border --extensive landscape lighting both front and back --installing imported planter urns on pedestals --extensive tree & shrub planting, perennials & ground cover. “We had our apron to the driveway and the front sidewalk and entrance done with pavers. We were happy to hear that polymeric sand was used so that weeds would not grow between the pavers. The grading of the sidewalk was excellent and there was no need to even have a step due to this. We loved the artistic look of the sidewalk. The entrance from the driveway is wider and gives it a more elegant look. The sidewalk has the pavers turned along the two edges for the border appearance. The finished project far exceeded our expectations. We plan to use Yorkville Hill for our patio and landscaping! We loved how Kyle contacted us whenever we had changes or questions and how he supervised his crew!”

“We hired Nicole for three landscape projects. The first one was to reimagine our front yard. She did such a fantastic job that we asked her to landscape our back yard and add a sidewalk, grill patio and dining patio. Always, her vision surpassed our highest expectations. Finally, we talked about adding a visual barrier to our backyard neighbors. Nicole suggested a berm with evergreens, shrubs and stones. She filled in with new plants and plants split from our existing landscaping. The result is stunning. Nicole works with a first rate landscape company. I can't imagine using anyone else. Not all plants survive the installation and Nicole understands this. Consequently, she makes certain to replace the plants that don't make it. We are thrilled with Nicole's work as a landscape artist. Our property looks amazing. We highly recommend Nicole Ann Landscapes with enthusiasm and without reservation.”
