Josh and his crew posses a wide range of skill sets that allow them to execute beautiful projects, on time, with amazing detail. Josh's design skills are exceptional; every project I have seen is stunning. His ability to move between styles proves his dedication to his craft. He does not do the same thing over and over again like so many designers do. All of his work is unique and well thought. I would like point out the professionalism of his crew as well. “Mclaughlin installed hardscape in my backyard consisting of spa with waterfall, fireplace, retaining walls, raised patio with dual steps, pilasters and custom benches. The hardscape turned out beautiful. High quality material consisting of travertine and stacking stone , excellent color/texture for stone work, grand looking custom colored concrete caps on retaining walls and pilasters. High quality spa equipment. The curves for walkways and walls add an interesting dimension to yard. Jerry has a key eye for art which he is able to translate into his landscaping projects.”

“We were fortunate to have Katie Cool redesign the landscape in our backyard two years ago. We continue to love her design and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the landscape as it has matured. So when we decided to rid our front yard of its lawn and use drought tolerant landscaping, we knew who to call. Katie once again proved to be just the right choice for the job. She is a creative, knowledgable and responsive professional. After listening to our particular needs and desires she created a unique design that exceeded our expectations. She also designed a privacy panel for the front porch using vintage glass blocks that she was able to find. The result is a cool design that looks original to our Midcentury Modern house. We love it. She is particularly effective working with the contractors during installation. She is on site for all critical decisions and manages the project to completion to ensure that her design is implemented according to her vision and our satisfaction. This works extremely well. After the job is completed, she follows up with visits to check on the landscaping and problem solve any issues. We are now left with the unfortunate realization that we have run out of yard space for Katie to transform and we will miss working with her. She is quite simply the best.”

“Carlos and his amazing team did a full remodel of our backyard including installation of a pool, deck, pergola, outdoor kitchen, fencing, retaining wall and more. It was our dream that we planned for a few years and Carlos and his team did an amazing job. I couldn't give Carlos and his team higher praises. They were incredibly professional, meticulous and even months after our project has been completed have made themselves available to help with any questions or concerns or fix any small detail that we can come up with. I've heard horror stories from many friends doing backyard renovations and I can honestly say that we had no issues. I would highly recommend Carlos and QS Construction for any exterior construction and landscaping needs.”
