“I wanted a unique Brooklyn backyard that was striking and pleasing. Something that maximized its size, shape, sun and shade. I believe that was accomplished to the max. FireDean was always up front with time and cost. He provided a blueprint and photoshop picture of the finished garden and an itemized list of all plants, material and labor costs. Any changes were agreed upon beforehand. The stonework took a little longer than expected because of his attention to detail. Our back and forth communication was always prompt and complete. I trust FireDean to always do excellent work. He prides himself on his finished product and pleasing his customer. He did both in my case. I know I'll have years of pleasure with my backyard. “LDAW remodeled my pool and plantings for the landscape around the pool. They also designed the plantings for the front of my home. This is an extremely professional organization and I would use them again. Estimates are done by the owner and his drawings will explain exactly what to anticipate. The laborers are on time, reliable and take a lot of pride in their work. The owner is available and will return calls if need be. I cannot see how things could have gone better for both of these large projects for my home.”

“Bryan Quinn of One Nature advised me on the planning and design of a wetland improvement project funded through the Natural Resources Conservation Service involving development of two ponds and restoration of native habitats within the surrounding areas comprising about 15 acres.. After evaluating site conditions and laying out an overall conceptual plan for habitat zones, nature trails and observation points, he prepared a detailed plan and specs for planting groves of trees, site maintenance and circulation for areas immediately surrounding the ponds as well as supervision of site work. The work went quickly, on schedule and Mr. Quinn was very professional, generous with time and paid attention to detail, and within budget.”

“I love Karen's work! She designed a beautiful backyard patio and outdoor space for my house in 2007 and we continue to enjoy it every season. Karen combined blue stone with brick pavers to create a unique design for the patio that included garden spaces for both flowers and vegetables. She also took the need for shade into account and made space for two beautiful cherry trees. A week after the work was done (on time and at cost), we hosted a backyard wedding for a family member-it was a wonderful day which included many compliments about our beautiful backyard. I highly recommend Karen Arent Landscape Architects!”

“Rainbow Pools built our new amazing pool. The entire team was professional, fun to be around and attentive to details. I cannot imagine a better experience. Schedules and budgets were met, changes were discussed with no huge surprises. Once the pool was completed, service and cleaning has been great. When there are problems there is a quick response. “We hired Daley's Lawn and Landscape to create a pad for a outdoor kitchen. When they arrived they were very courteous and professional. Chris the owner came to look at the site and told us what have to be done and gave us a estimate on the job. 2 days later they arrived with the equipment to level the land off and started the project. The project was finished in three days, we were completely satisfy and we would give them a 10++. We also have them coming back to do a fire pit in the backyard once the stone work comes in. We would definitely recommend them for any yard work or landscapes.”
