“In 2012 after living in our house for the last 18 years, we decided to update our 1970's colonial rather than move. This project included the landscaping as well as the home itself. After looking at many landscape companies and numerous properties, we decided to hire The LaurelRock Company. We felt that their landscape designers were very current and had a way of listening and interpreting a very botanically uneducated clients wishes! They married our newly remodeled home with our existing pool as if it had always been built this way. The outcome was a very cohesive project that was handled with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. Thank you LaurelRock for helping us have the home of our dreams !”

“We have worked with Aran and his team for several years to completely transform our landscape. Beginning with a very difficult and technical remodeling of our front entrance masonry and driveway that required extensive approvals from town boards and the historical commission. The new approach to the house created a beautiful and elegant approach to the house and was further enhanced with abundant plantings and lighting. We also worked with LandForm partners to remodel, or rather completely rebuild our second story deck, which came out beautifully. We also hired the firm to create a masterplan and richly planted landscape for our vacation home. We continue to invite Aran and the team back year after year to tackle new projects and continue to beautify our land.”

“Frustrated with my patio and the rusting wrought iron furniture I never used, I desperately needed some help. That's when I met Eva, from Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC. She made suggestions as to what type of furniture to buy, designed a layout, and helped me choose beautiful plant containers. That was just the beginning, since our original encounter, Eva and her team come over every season and fill the containers with flowers and plants, creating new and beautiful scenes. I am always impressed, and always look forward to what she'll come up with next. My favorite thus far may be this past Fall, my planters were filled with mums, kale, and chili peppers, among other things! She is extremely talented, uniquely artistic, and a pleasure to work with.”

“I wanted a unique Brooklyn backyard that was striking and pleasing. Something that maximized its size, shape, sun and shade. I believe that was accomplished to the max. FireDean was always up front with time and cost. He provided a blueprint and photoshop picture of the finished garden and an itemized list of all plants, material and labor costs. Any changes were agreed upon beforehand. The stonework took a little longer than expected because of his attention to detail. Our back and forth communication was always prompt and complete. I trust FireDean to always do excellent work. He prides himself on his finished product and pleasing his customer. He did both in my case. I know I'll have years of pleasure with my backyard. “I have had the pleasure to know Bebe (Gardens by Design) for over 20 years. She has transformed my gardens into displays of artwork. She tirelessly designs, picks out planting’s and many other details which are too numerous to mention. She does it all. Her staff also maintain my gardens better than I can. What sets her apart from anyone else is she is always thinking of how the design will affect or compliment the environment. She uses all organic organisms to solve any pest issues that may arise. I would highly recommend Gardens by Design.”

“We have been using Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design projects for nearly 10 years (including 2 large scale projects and ongoing maintenance) and have been extremely happy with her work. She is experienced, creative, personable, and easy to work with. She is reliable with deadlines and commitments and takes pride in her work. Best of all, the end result is stunning!!! A few years ago, she helped us with our pool project. (see pics of Avon Staycation project). We installed an in-ground pool, and built a pool house. She was involved in the project from the very beginning. Not only did she design all landscaping related to the project, but she helped us manage the whole project overall, from selection of contractors, assistance with decision-making on a million tiny details, and project management during the installation phase, to final touches like gorgeous planters (which she continues to maintain for us each year). I can't say enough about how fabulous her work has been. We will continue to use Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design work for years to come!”

“I hired TJB to renovate my 2 walkways, and widen my driveway to accommodate another vehicle. Ted's guys arrived on time, kept me up to date on the progress of the 2 jobs, and more importantly finished on time. TJB not only did an excellent job but also fixed a couple of items not in the the original quote for free. I will definitely use TJB again in the future and would also highly recommend their services.”

Brook Clark came highly recommended by my neighbor and his property looks amazing! My goal was to have a natural-looking landscape with a contemporary feel and BCLA delivered just that.
