“I had a fairly large border (approx 8m x 5m) which had been neglected for a few years. I wanted to create a low maintenance flower bed and liked the idea of a country garden look. Ben and Paul came round and assessed what was there in terms of position (light/shade), soil and the shrubs which were worth retaining. We also discussed budget. I then received a planting plan with a quotation and commissioned the work. The bed was cleared and planted mid June and I am delighted with the result. I now have a bed which will flower more or less from May to September and will require increasingly less maintenance as it matures. FGD are extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice on other areas of my garden (not areas which will result in work for them). I do have another two areas which do need a makeover and I will certainly commission them to undertake the project.”

A few years ago we had them in to redesign our back garden, install a composite deck and bridge as well as erect a gazebo. They were amazingly polite and efficient and did an amazing job. We are still loving the job they did and would have them do more when the time comes.”

“We hired the services of April House Garden in 2021 to design the landscape of our newly rebuilt cottage. Fast forward to the end of 2023 the garden looks incredibly beautiful which includes a diverse assortment of flowers, plants, and some trees. “Sheldon of Eden Garden Solutions was recommended to us initially for some maintenance work. He was so passionate about our garden we soon began discussing what else he could help with. The moment we saw one of his designs we knew we needed him to design a garden for us. We have 1/4 of an acre of hilly terrain with crumbling walkways, an old garage blocking half the garden, a main road at the front from which we wanted shelter, a desire to better handle the water that runs onto and down the land and a superb view which we wanted to exploit. Oh yes, and we wanted low maintenance! Sheldon listened precisely to our often rambling views of what we thought we wanted, He also spent many hours in the garden getting the feel of it. The result is an amazing plan to work to adjusted from the initial draft and agreed with us. We couldn't fault Sheldon and just can't wait to be able to afford to put is plan into reality. Oh - and in the meantime he often did ad hoc bits of maintenance work for us!!!”
