“My home is the showplace of my neighborhood and all the credit goes to L3 Designs. In the beginning I spoke with Lauren and her design team and described the look I was going for. Shortly thereafter I was presented with drawings, plans and estimates. When I gave the go ahead the work began and in very little time (four weeks) the exterior of my home was transformed. Now my guests drive up to the front and are greeted by a 4 foot wrought iron fence, enter through one of two gates, walk up the winding bricked pathway, pass underneath the canopy of the old growth Crepe Myrtle en route to the front porch that is accented with wrought iron columns and bordered by brick flower beds filled with Camellias and Gardenias. And that is NOT the best part. NOW the back patio is the very heart of my home and has become everyone's favorite place to gather. Lauren bricked the entire backyard including benches to sit on, added a summer kitchen with serving counters, outdoor lighting including strings of patio lights that criss cross through the trees, a bubbling fountain that fits perfectly among the Birds of Paradise, Azaleas, Lime trees, Queen Palm and antique doors used to camouflage ACs and other equipment. My guests are transported to a courtyard right out of the French Quarter in New Orleans. L3 Designs made this possible. My pavers, patio and sidewalks are beautiful, my French drain handled 12" of rain in one day with no problems, they perfectly prepped an area for a fountain to the specs of the installer, and cleaned up the entire site. I would definitely recommend this company for any landscape/hardscape projects.”
