“Had Romero come out to clean out my gutters. I put the request in and they called me right away to set it up the following week. They were on time and did the job to perfection! I showed them where I thought the majority of the problem was and when he was done he showed me everything they had taken from the gutters. “This company calls you back right away, comes out and takes time with you on the remodel needed and gets back to you with a quote within a few days. They work very professional, they cover all your floors within the area worked on, keep your front door closed(pet peeve) as they go in and out and clean up. Their work is top quality, Lew took the time with me to choose a grout for my bathroom floor, thanks Lew awesome choice! My bathroom floor looks amazing, and I've received a lot of compliments on the work of a kitchen/dining room entrance! Thanks Lew and your crew! Great job”

“I have had bad experiences in the past with roofers and having said that I was nervous about hiring Luis. His contract was only for labor unlike the 4 others we got that included materials, permits, and dumpster. His approach in contracts was much different then all the other companies. Luis had us buy the materials and dumpster before he would take a deposit on labor. During the entire process Luis made us feel 100% in control of the project and budget. Again this is much different then any other contractor we have ever hired but we really liked it because at the end of the day we knew exactly where our money was gong and we knew Luis wasn't up charging us on materials!! In the end we got a great roof from Luis and a full warranty from ATLAS. We would hire Luis and his crew again for other work and we have already passed his name on to other family members that need there roofs done this summer.”

“My wife and I were in need of a new roof at our home in York County. We reached out to four of our neighbors on our street that had already used Lancaster Roofing Co. All four had very positive experiences with Melvin and his team at LRC, so we gave him a call. Melvin was responsive and prompt in coming out to look at our roof and providing a fair estimate. It was an easy decision to go with Melvin as we e-mailed many questions about the process and options to him and he always provided quick answers. We had our new roof installed around Thanksgiving of 2018 and could not be happier! The roof looks great and the Melvin was super pleasant to work with. He is a hard worker that provides quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Since LRC uses the "Equipter" device to raise and lower old roofing debris and new roofing materials to the roof, it helps protector your siding/windows and landscaping from damage. LRC was also able to make two repairs to the plywood underneath our old roof that were causing us issues. The project went smoothly even though the crew had to work in chilly/windy weather part of the time. We highly recommend Lancaster Roofing Co if you are looking for excellent work at a fair price and want to work with a quality business owner. E Stauffer”
