So my wife called me freaking out that our roof was leaking and I was all the way in North Dakota, so I had her call a roofing contractor and get a few quotes. We ended up going with checkmate roofing who was able to pencil us in their schedule quickly and repair and replace our skylight that was leaking. I'm happy with the price and my wife isnt freaking out anymore so I'm very happy.”

When they started we were out of town so we could not check constantly if the work was being done correctly. They change our old roof and did a fantastic job, Started when they promised and finished when they promised, and being out of town they kept us informed of the progress of the job . Provided plenty photos before during and after which was very comforting to know what was going on with our roof being though that we did not go up there, so it was very helpful to receive photos to know exactly what was going on got it done fairly quickly. “I live in a new community with multiple properties. The builder apparently went cheap with his roofing subcontractor and most of the new homes were leaking since last year. Other roofers wouldn't provide us a bid because they were concerned about working on a project that's under warranty with another company. Patrick (Roof Tec rep) said they'd provide their own warranty on the work they did. First two weeks of rain and we're good!”
