“I realize you had some personal issues with your wife becoming terminally ill and your home burning down. You hired someone to run your company that did a lot of fraudulent activity during the derecho. While most people would give up, you continued to try to figure out how to make things right. Thank you for reaching out to see if the work was done on our roof. I could only imagine how difficult it would be to resolve issues when you have no paperwork to go off of and hired someone you trusted making contracts and collecting money and not doing the work, especially after decades of having an A+ rating at the BBB.
