“Corley was the best of the 4 roofing companies that we talked to. They were right on the mark with price, responsive and more importantly practical about their solutions. Others simply nodded and provided quotes, Corley was keeping our best interest in mind and advised on alternatives and provided trade offs. Once the we agreed to the job, the work was prompt, and completed ahead of schedule. The crew was very professional and our roof along with a new skylight, solar tube, new dryer vent look great. Corley also replaced our gutters.”

Him and his crew were professional, efficient, and our 22 square roof and shed were replaced in one day. We will be enlisting Kibler Exteriors to replace the siding, gutters, shutters, and front door within the next year.”

“Central roofing replaced my old vinyl siding with Hardi plank & replaced all the old gutters & trim. They did an amazing job! They were on time, they worked quickly & were well supervised. This was the biggest job I have done on my home and they were the easiest & most professional guys I have ever worked with. The best part - they gave me the lowest bid!!! I bid my job out to 3 contractors & Central came in the lowest (by $10k in one case). Normally I'm worried about the cheapest guys but Mitch at Central knew what needed to be done & how long it would take - he was right on the mark. The others guys wanted to charge extra for random parts of the job just to nickel & dime me. I guy tried to convince me my whole shed needed to be torn down & rebuilt for $8000. Mitch at Central said it merely needed to have to have the roof repaired & just reprinted. He was right. Central is a rare company that has fair pricing, honest management & super quality work.”

“We hired Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling to do a MAJOR addition and whole house renovation. We added an addition and completely remodeled our existing house (which was built in 1937). To add to it, we were expecting our 3rd child and were hoping to have the renovation completed before the baby's arrival. All of the other quotes we received were wayyyyy over our budget (like $80K-$100K over), AND said the job would take close to 6 months to complete. Well, Ryan Fubini (owner of Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling) seriously is our savior! He did the entire job within our budget AND finished our house in 3.5 months. That's right, you read it correctly. He did the entire renovation in less than 4 months, and we were able to move back into our house with 1 month to get ready for baby #3. Our house looks amazing! We went from a tiny 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/small kitchen house, to a 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house with a beautiful (and big) kitchen and a spectacular family room. We even converted a screened-in porch into a mudroom (one of the best rooms in the house, especially now that we have 4 kids). We have 2 HVACs (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs), and put the washer/dryer upstairs. I still look around our house and just love everything that Enhanced did. The team of guys are super nice and professional, and really listen to the needs/wants of the customer. Ryan is a gem, and we will always be thankful for what he did for our family and overall quality of life!”

“Our experience with Blair Construction was the replacment of our roof shingles. The process started with some research which lead to the decision that we only wanted to deal with a certified roofing system and contractor. A call to Blair Construction resulted in a quick response and visit by Randy Savage. Randy is extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions and concerns and provided many samples for us to choose the color and specifications. Blair Construction's quote was competative, everything spelled out and presented well by Randy. The installation was smooth, experienced efficient crews, all shrubs protected, all nails picked up and completed in a timely manner. Each day a Blair supervisor or Randy came by to check on the installation and upon completion Blair Construction provided excellent follow up. The new roof system changed the apperance of our home and now three years later we still we still can't get over the difference it has made! Bill & Judy Ullrich, Annapolis”

“Expectations exceeded! Honest, professional, punctual, creative, and communicative. I hired Daniel's Run Contracting to repair my upper deck and build a lower deck. I had a very tight budget and they made it work! I am always very weary of contractors but I received superb service and the quality of work was excellent! “My sister had JGL Roofing look over her home last year and was told that she didn’t need a new roof, only a few patches. Therefore when our roof needed replacing, I knew I wanted to get an estimate from them due to their honesty! I obtained 4 estimates and decided to use JGL Roofing because Robert, (owner) was honest, very likeable, went the extra mile to explain and answer all my questions (in a simplistic way so I could understand), emailed me photos of my roof’s trouble spots so I could show my husband, and in this day of Covid-19 came to my door holding a Clorox Wipe canister. When he handed me their brochure, he grasped it with a Clorox wipe. I really, really appreciated that! Robert’s crew did a fantastic job! My husband is very picky and he gave them a thumbs up. Our roof looks amazing, the crew was respectful, hard working and when they were done, the deck/yard looked better than when they arrived, as they did a great clean up job. I also noticed they cleaned out our gutters before they packed up. Robert said they always do that for their customers. Robert was in touch with me throughout the job and quickly answered any questions I had. My neighbor commented how quiet the crew was as she expected to hear loud music and lots of yelling….there was none of that! We are very pleased with our new roof and the roof they put on our shed.”
