“In 2012 this company sided our 1920's home's front porch ceiling and covered the pillars and porch ledges for us. This was no easy task as our home had shifted and settled over the years. I also had recently redone the landscaping out front and was very concerned about big men feet stepping or laying construction material on my new bushes, etc. The crew and foreman were extremely careful and respectful and completely the task in no time flat - hiding the unevenness of the center line of our porch .This year we had them return and side our garage - they again went above and beyond respecting my wished not to trample my large, raised perennial flower bed as it was emerging in spring, by laying done large sheets of plywood to walk on and were done very quickly - my only lost one plant in the process with the rest showing no signs of all the activity and the fact that the garage butted up to plants! Two months later, a strip of the siding on the neighbors side came loose at the top, and then came the very next day to fix it. This company also does handy man jobs, kitchen & bathrooms. We have been so pleased we also received an estimate for new counters in our kitchen.”

“After a good pour down came through, I noticed that there was no water coming out our home's downspout. My husband told me to call the guys at Downriver Roofers and tell them the problem and ask them to come out and have a look. Sure enough, my gutters and downspouts were stopped up. Downriver Roofers came out quickly and took care of the problem. Love the crew at this company because they go out of their way to take care of their customers. “I had a small job replacing a wall mounted A/C unit with a fabricated window assembly. The folks at Modern Pros kept me well well informed from beginning until the end of the project. Given the material costs and labor time needed to complete the project, I felt that their charge was reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience. I would definitely use them again!”

“Very professional; excellent warranty (as long as you fulfill your obligation to have them inspect each year after five years); they came, tarped the property, tore down and put the new roof on in one day - they were so careful to not leave debris on the lawn, you would never have known they were there! During the tear off process, one of my gutters was damaged and they came out within the week to replace it. I would highly recommend them!”

“I had Pro Home Improvement out to replace the gutters, soffits, and facia boards as well as install a new garage door. They were cost effective, efficient and easy to work with. We had asked for a design for the support beam above the garage and had a few ideas, the gentleman who was here took our ideas and made magic. Very clean work. They made sure even the last detail matched in color and did not have any sloppy edges.”
