“Moving to Florida out of state was stressful. We were finally able to find a house and go under contract after being outbid on many properties. Let me tell you, these guys pulled a miracle. They understood how urgent the situation was and we needed our roof replaced within 9 days so we can get insurance. We signed everything electronically and needed the seller to sign some stuff. They met with the seller and did all the paperwork. Our roof was replaced with 2 days to spare before closing.
