After Alex walked through the details of his plan for a variety of roof repairs and updates needed for my concrete tile roof, I felt confident about his solutions. He also explained some potential downsides from competitor bids. The team was friendly, courteous and efficient. I spent time with them on the roof. They explained everything they were doing and showing me in real time while they were working. It really helped me understand (and see) exactly what they were doing. Alex and his team were great communicators throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is outstanding! “I had two roof leaks near the bathroom and atrium skylights. The first was a nail or screw hole that had been causing the leak (that leak was simple to fix). The second leak was due to a previous job by another roofer not laying the roofing material correctly. Steve redid the roofing material around the 7 foot skylight by lifting and redoing the surrounding area around it.......No more leaks! His response time was excellent and he showed me photos of BEFORE and AFTER repairs. His fees are very reasonable....and a very personable person to work with!”
