I needed new screens in my apartment and my land lord asked me to get a quote, not only were the office staff gals extremely friendly and attentive they sent an excellent estimator to the complex and he took my screens and I had new ones in less than a week! And they were very affordable! I know when I buy a home I will use them for my future projects, as well as my landlord who will be using them for future projects as well!”

“I got estimates from four Roofing contractors for my home. I went with Northern Pacific Exteriors because of all how they answered all of my questions. They were very helpful in showing me how they were going to remove my old cedar shake roof and replace it with a new composite roof. I was very impressed with all of the people that I had contact with. They were all very professional and responsive. Amber called me and emailed me with updates to keep us current with the project each week and even each day as the actual work was being done. The roofing crews were on time and did a really great job on my roof. I was amazed how much they got done in a day and they also cleaned up very well before they left for the day. I also had new gutters and some fascia replaced as well on this project and it all looks beautiful. I really appreciate all of the hard work that Northern Pacific Exteriors put into this project. I would definitely hire them again and would to like to refer them to anyone who would like to have their home project in good hands. My new roof really complements my home.”

“After 6 quotes from local roofing contractors this company was not only one of the most competitively priced but also most professional. They walked my wife and me through the whole process and then followed through in a timely manner. The crew that showed up completed the job in two days as was specified in the contract and left behind no trash. The supervisor completed a walkthrough of the completed work to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the final results. I would highly recommend giving this company a call for a roofing estimate.”

“(12-21-16 Edit) After they saw this review, Mastershield called. Apparently the guy who was my contact is no longer with the company. So they are working with me to address my issues. I'll update as things change. But I have to say, them calling totally made me feel better. I was convinced I'd been ripped of by gypsies. Looks like they do care :)”

“I bought an older home knowing the roof was potentially an issue. I called Tony, he came out the same day to give me a free bid on cleaning and sealing the cedar roof. He was $600 lower then anyone else. I hired him. He performed the work 1 week earlier then initially scheduled. They were amazing. From the bid to scheduling the work to his crew. No one else will touch my cedar roof but Tony!!”
