Sean and is crew came out and gave me a free estimate. They found the leaks And explained to me how they offer this new program that includes patching and coating the roof With waterproof protective roof coating And seal any holes and deterioration. He told me that this program separates them from other roofing companies. Since not all roofers guarantees repairs. But they offered me a 7-year warranty with this repair/maintenance program.
