“I received multiple quotes to replace my roof from local businesses, and Dexter Roof and Siding was the best by a pretty fair margin. The actual work was done quickly and efficiently. The people I talked with were friendly and were very responsive in person. My only complaint would be a lapse in communication regarding certain services that we discussed but were never performed. There was a bit of confusion as well as to when the work was scheduled to begin. One day they just showed up and started. That said, overall I would highly recommend based on price, efficiency, and quality of work.”

“An ice damn damaged our dining room wall and caused our new hardwood floors to severely buckle. I called Bloomfield Construction on a Saturday (between Xmas and the New Year) and someone (actually Jeff, the president) was over within an hour. He explained what had happened and had a crew over that day to stop any additional damage from happening. The drywall repair was done quickly and effectively on a Sunday (per our request). Our project manager Nick made the ordeal virtually hassle-free by working directly with our insurance company to make sure we got enough funds to cover everything (including redoing the entire floor) and answering my endless questions (to say I'm a Type A person is an understatement :) Dealing with property damage is stressful enough, the last thing I wanted to do was micromanage the company hired to fix it and with Bloomfield Construction I didn't have to.”

“I had Pro Home Improvement out to replace the gutters, soffits, and facia boards as well as install a new garage door. They were cost effective, efficient and easy to work with. We had asked for a design for the support beam above the garage and had a few ideas, the gentleman who was here took our ideas and made magic. Very clean work. They made sure even the last detail matched in color and did not have any sloppy edges.”

“Very professional; excellent warranty (as long as you fulfill your obligation to have them inspect each year after five years); they came, tarped the property, tore down and put the new roof on in one day - they were so careful to not leave debris on the lawn, you would never have known they were there! During the tear off process, one of my gutters was damaged and they came out within the week to replace it. I would highly recommend them!”

“From start to finish the teams were professional. From our initial consult ,Josh I believe, was courtesy, mindful of our time and focus on what we wanted. The onsite crew doing the work arrived promptly went to work and in no time at all removed old roof and had the new one on and clean up was complete.”

“I give Salinas Roofing 5 stars, I would give it 10 stars if I could, because: We received many quotes from roofing companies, Salinas Roofing gave us a great price. We chose Salinas Roofing because the owner Kevin Salinas is HONEST, and has integrity. Several of the roofing companies added 2 square to their quote, even when my husband and I gave them the EXACT measurements. Not exactly honest. That is a big deal with us. Everyone that we dealt with at Salinas Roofing was exceptional, Kevin the owner, Sue Ann in the office (always keeping us informed what was going on, and very professional), Jovani and the crew. The crew did an incredible job and the clean up was equally incredible. (we know this because my husband has done several roofing jobs at our house. We Very Highly Recommend Salinas Roofing. We are extremely happy with our new roof. It is beautiful. Also I want to add, a neighbor walked over and was very impressed, he could not believe how fast they torn off the roof (2 layers). And also thought they did a great job. If you hire Salinas Roofing, you will be very happy. I didn't take pictures of the job. I should have, to show you how great it turned out. “The Roof -Rite salesperson was very professional, thoroughly described the re-roof process, helped with the shingle selection, provided a competitive quote, and bent over backwards to see that we would get what we wanted. We hired the company, and they were out fast, and did a top quality job including site clean-up. Follow up after the project was conducted to insure that we were happy with the project. We would highly recommend this roofing company.”
