“We did not just put on a new roof, we added energy saving devices (solar felt and power vents) and repaired damage to the deck, so this was not just a simple roofing job. They arrived here on time, finished on time and did quality work. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to make sure the leaks that caused the damage in the first place, would not happen with this roof. Everything they did was a grade above what had been on my roof the builder installed. The only reason they did not get a 5 was because their estimate was off and cost me more money after the job was complete. We worked out a deal where we split the difference so I was pleased. Bottom line, I would recomment this roofer.”

One company had already come along, started the repair but left it looking a mess and never finished it or even called back. “I needed an entire roof, after storm damage. I called several roofers in for an estimate. Swan was by far the most professional. They not only told me what they would do, but also what they couldn't do. This was a huge help to me in my dealing with the insurance company. The work performed was excellent. The job site was cleaned up every day, and someone was always on site to answer my questions. They worked quickly and quietly. This was important since I office in my home. Once they started, they discovered my previous roof was missing sheathing. They called the insurance company, took the necessary pictures, and the amount was increased to cover that unexpected necessity. They finished on time, with no additional charges. Its been two years, the roof looks beautiful. and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Swan Roofing without hesitation.”

“I obtained several proposals, and evaluated five contractors before selecting JBJ restoration. Bruce provided us with all the information we needed, accommodated our timeline, and the cost VERY VERY competitive. Bruce was on site during the project, and Ken (co-owner) drove from Dallas for the final walkthrough to ensure that we were satisfied, and addressed all our concerns (very few). The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Final project turned out great!" I would recommend JBJ to anyone. Bruce Siegel is highly professional, courteous and trustworthy, and there was nothing suspicious about this company.”

“Recently, we had our roof replaced and it looks beautiful! Prior to having the roof replaced, per my husband’s request, the representative from the roofing company met with the insurance adjuster, as well as my husband (he is very hands-on), to ensure that we are all on the same page. From there, the roofing company directly worked with the insurance company and the subcontractors (i.e., gutters, window screens, carpenters). On one side of our home, our neighbor has an above-ground plant nursery in the back yard and ornate flower garden in front, and they alleviated our concerns about their yard being damaged. We found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and great attention to detail. Their team efficiently worked to replace our roof in a single day, while picking up the nails and cleaning up the yard. We had such a terrific experience, they also replaced my parent’s roof as well, and would definitely recommend them to others. Belinda H. Plano, Texas”
