“This was our first visit and it was quite honestly faultless, Lucy was extremely friendly and informative regarding the product we were interested in and explained all the different options as well. After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). We didn't even have to reach out to Lucy or her staff, they would provide constant updates of progress and delivery. The workmanship, purchasing process and delivery was Outstanding!!!! We look forward to all the new designs!”

“We had an outstanding experience with Bryan at Premier Carpet. The quality of the product is excellent, the pricing is competitive, and there is a wide range of choice to fit various budgets. But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. It was a very comfortable, unrushed and low-stress browsing and shopping experience. The hardwood section is extensive, and he was flexible with proposed installation dates. On the day of our visit, we saw many people come into the store, and even the things we overheard him talking about with other people were helpful to us in helping make our selections. “Adam and his crew do excellent work! We've brought them in on several jobs and wether it be hardwood floors, vinyl, or carpet, they run a clean and effective job. “Just Carpets estimator project manager Pete has lot of knowledge & experinece in all aspects of flooing needs. His attitude , meeting deadlines, budgets,worked well with my maintenace men was all excellent. His professionalisim was evident in all projects he worked on for us. In particular our job was a commercial project for offices & we had a situation where we needed to have work done on a Sunday to meet a deadline as the furniture was being delievered tht Monday morning & he accomodated our request & got everything done.”
