After initial contact to discuss a master bath remodel project, Nick was at the house in a matter of days to take measurements and help us plan the job. We visited the well-stocked Richmond Avenue showroom to pick our materials and were given a written quote before we left, as it had been prepared, pending tile selection. The work started exactly on schedule and the installation team was on time, friendly and clean. Their attention to detail was exceptional. “I hired Joe Hatdwood Floors to completely redo my hardwood floors in my new build Craftsman bungalow in the Houston Heights area - the builder had stained them black, which just doesn't work in Houston. Extremely well-organized operation, responds to phone and email questions, stuck to their word and timeline, cleaned up the mess, and the end result was spectacular. Ossie was the foreman on the job and was very personable, team was efficient and friendly, and Ossie even came over for a "post-op" visit when we had questions after the fact. I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors.”

“Installed prefab hardwood upstairs and stained stairs to match. It is beautiful. A few months later we refinished 25 year old engineered hardwood, removed some tile and installed new hardwood with custom stain. Another company to us the old hardwood was too thin to refinish, yet Floors Etc was able to do a great job. The old and new floors match perfectly and are lined up seamlessly. They worked quickly and are very professional. I was able to reach them any time I had a question. After work was completed, I noticed a spot that was missed and they came back out immediately to fix it.”
