“We had an amazing experience w/ this company and I can't more highly recommend them for installation of hard wood/refinishing. We had our existing floors sanded and stained and new floors put in. the owner followed up w/ us almost daily during the project to make sure they were meeting our expectations. The workers who came to the house were very respectful and they were careful w/our belongings and wrapped everything on the walls to help with the dust. There was not a thing that went wrong.”

“Chauncey was absolutely fantastic. We were on a tight timeline to have the carpet in the Master bedroom replaced. Chauncey was amazing that he not only got it done two days before we needed it, but he also made sure the house was exactly the way he found it when he was done. He provided top-notch customer service from the minute I first spoke to him on the phone. He is very professional and knowledgable. He listened to our needs and informed us of the process from the start. The job was absolutely wonderful. He was always pleasant and you could tell how much pride he took in his work. He treated our house as if it were his very own.”

“Michael and his team arrived on site at 9:00 a.m. Michel and his men began emptying the master bedroom. When done, Michael left his two men to finish this room. The men worked without taking a break and they finished about 1 p.m. Based on this day, Michael scheduled job completion for Monday. On Monday, , the three men returned at apaproximately 9 a.m. This day they had about 2/3 of the villa to put the hard wood flooring in place on. During the job the disabled veteran required help transferring among a bed and two wheelchairs. The three men did not hesitate to help. They completed the work at approximately 4:30 p.m. They put all of the furniture back in-place. The electronics now works better than before they reconnected! This business is owned and operated by Michael Layne and his wife. He has two helpers and one of them is his brother-in-law. This company stays busy! Michael Layne is one on those few honest, really good men!”
