“We have hired this company in other occasions to do different things related to wood floors on previously owned properties. I have to say that they keep on improving on their methods and techniques of doing business. This time we called them to replace a tile flooring for hardwood. Like always, they were very professional and accommodating. Best prices in town. We would recommend them to everyone!!!!”

“We learned about The Floor Factory Outlet through our local Home Show. What caught my attention at the Home Show was the fact that their display looked just like Lumber Liquidators (LL) ! They had the best price for laminate flooring installation--better than LL. My contact with all staff was always professional and timely; always very helpful. They moved the furniture, removed the old carpeting, and installed laminate flooring in a 2 bedroom apartment--- included living room, hallway and four closets--- nice job in record time---about 8 hours. They sent 3 installers, 1 for each room. We are very satisfied with the job! We would hire them again.”

“We have had the pleasure of using the services of Reliable & Quality Wood Flooring Inc. for two large projects in our home. Alex is the owner and is a true craftsman. He pays very close attention to the details of his work and clearly he knows his craft . We had him install engineered wood flooring throughout the majority of our house which was glued down. He also replaced all the wood moldings throughout the house. There were some difficult sections, such as stairs that were completed with such care that the work is almost like art. All of the work throughout the house came out perfect (and I am someone who is very particular with those details). The work has stood the test of time and so we used Reliable & Quality Wood Flooring Inc. again for another project in our home installing Bamboo flooring in another large area. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Reliable & Quality Wood Flooring Inc. We are very happy with the quality of the work performed. Our experience with Alex was excellent. He is a person of very high character.”
