I returned to this company for my hardwood flooring needs because I had previously purchased decorative tiles from them for my two Arts and Crafts style fireplaces. The company maintains a beautiful showroom, full of ideas and inspiration. I live by the philosophy that you get what you pay for, and feel that JP Flooring lives up to my way of thinking. Having completed my total first floor remodel, I plan to continue doing business with them as I plan the remodel of two second floor baths. “AWESOME!!! Just Awesome! I cant say enough postie things about Eric and his crew. Our floors were extremely worn and old. In addition to that we had major pet stains in and around the high traffic areas of the rooms. These guys did an amazing job completely refinishing and staining the living room, dining room and hallway. The pictures below speak for themselves but beyond that Eric and the team were very customer service oriented. Something you don't normally get from contractors. I would highly recommend Totally Floored for any hardwood project you have in the Greater Cincinnati area. Their service and especially the finished product can't be matched!!”
