“As is with any company there was a little of a disconnect between the sales department and the workers, so there was a couple issues. But they worked hard to fix the issues and the final product is great. There was a couple times that the lights where left on, and because my schedule was so cramped a couple of the finishing touches were left undone. I brought it up to there attention and got someone out the next day to fix it. I’m giving them five stars because the craftsmanship and the management are both top tier performers.”

“I had great customer service, he helped me choose the right material for my project, explained the processing of the material and gave me tips on how to install it. Their showroom was helpful in deciding what I wanted to use because the displays are large and you can get a good sense of the material, instead of just looking at a small sample. The materials didn't take that long to come in and installation of the product was easy and really fun to do.”

“I was highly impressed with the work Origin did in my house. I started a do it yourself flooring project which was going fine until I started working on the stairs. Without the proper tools it was almost impossible to get them done. Travis came over to my house promptly when I called for an estimate and came up with a plan to complete the work. Even though I had purchased the materials from Home Depot, he agreed to work with what I had for consistency's sake. The work was completed quickly and the results look really professional! I'm super happy with how it turned out. In addition, the final invoice was in-line with the original estimate. Also, I have to say Travis is really polite and personable guy. Really a pleasure to have in my house.”

“I called several flooring companies to have my old floor refinished. After visiting my home, they all said my floor could not be refinished and needed to be replaced. It would have cost me a lot of money to replace the floor. A friend of mine who had a similar situation referred me to Amir. After meeting with him at my home, I was surprised at all the options he gave me for refinishing my floor. I went ahead with eco-friendly oil and wax finishing. Amir’s team was very polite, clean and on time. His work was worth every penny!”
