“I met with Ralph to review options for the flooring in my house. He gave several options and was not just focused on driving up his sale. Once agreed upon, his company was timely and they helped to minimize the inconvenience of having the entire main floor resurfaced (the existing wood areas) and new wood added in areas that were carpeted. The staff was accommodating and very helpful in allowing multiple stain tests so we could find the stain that suited us best. Upon completion, we had one area that we were not satisfied with (I am a picky person) and Ralph did not hesitate to change it. And, there was no delay. I would highly recommend Champion Flooring Co to anyone. When our project was complete, the main level of the house was all wood, completely matching between existing and new and the finish is exactly what we wanted.”

“We recently updated our kitchen and needed the floors refinished. After looking online for floor companies and looking at the BBB ratings, we decided on Abeln Floor Systems. I could not be happier with the job Jim and his crew did. I called Jim on Monday afternoon, and he came over the very same evening to talk to us. They were able to start the following Wednesday and were done Friday. The floor in the kitchen is oak, so I knew it would refinish well. The entry hall, which is a parquet that neither one of us was very fond of, was the big surprise. I never thought we would like parquet, but after Nick worked his magic, I can honestly say we are loving it. As a member of the St. Louis Symphony for over 30 years, attention to detail is critical. Abeln Floor Systems met the challenge, and then some. I would recommend them with no hesitation.”

“I originally started my flooring search with the big home improvement chains. I was recommended to Barefoot Flooring through a friend of a friend. I went in and explained what I was wanting and that I had no idea where to start. The different types of flooring were explained to me along with suggestions on what would be best for my needs and budget. The installation process went smoothly.
