“I've used Unique Floor twice. They installed new carpet throughout my 3 story townhouse, including the stairs. They gave me an excellent price for installed quality carpet and padding and worked with me to accommodate my need for special arrangement on the timing of the installation. The work was professionally and efficiently done all in one day, with a thorough clean-up and no mess left. All I had to do was enjoy my new carpet. I was so pleased with their excellent work I hired them again for work at my mother's house. Here they installed carpet in a finished basement including the stairs, and ceramic tile in the foyer. “We hired Moises and crew after a previous contractor tried and failed multiple times to refinish our wood floors. We brought in Moises and he immediately set out a plan to correct the previous debacle and provide us exactly the look we wanted. He was familiar with the products we had researched, and his crew was trained and certified to handle the complex application. What a difference! Moises and his crew were complete professionals, extremely tidy, and took incredible pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the floors. Even after they had applied the stain and finish we agreed upon, when the color of the floors on the first floor (original wood) to the stairs and floor upstairs (new wood) - caused by the variance in the wood installed by our main contractor and nothing that could have been prevented by AZ Hardwood - they were willing to experiment with another mix of colors to get them to match. The color suggested was amazing and better than what the builder had put down. Very detailed and thorough. “During our remodel we removed load bearing walls to open up our kitchen and dining room to our living room. We removed all the old tile in the kitchen leaving gaping holes in the old and ugly hardwood flooring. A previous contractor told us the floors had to be replaced because they had been refinished too many times. I called Jeff with At Your Door Store who promptly came out and told me the floors could be refinished, the floors had not been refinished too many times, and the gaping holes and kitchen area could easily be piano keyed in with new hardwood flooring with the current old hardwood, then sanded, stained and would be beautiful. He was right! The floor is beautiful and looks brand new! He also stained the stairs and recommended someone for us to hire to add the finishing touches to complete the stairs.”
