“We hired Quality Hardware Flooring to install solid oak flooring to replace the carpet in our living room. They had to match the existing oak flooring, that has been in the kitchen and hallway for over 25 years, so the space would be just one continuous floor. The new flooring, next to the old, is unbelievable! You honestly cannot tell that the new oak wasn’t there originally. Friends and family all have been in awe with the end result. “I selected some beautiful 12 X 24 inch tile for a minor bathroom remodel. Vern came out to take measurements a few days later, ordered the tile, and it was delivered to the store 2 days later. In the meantime the tile installer called to set up a mutually agreeable time, explained the timeline, and then called again several times more to appraise of travel delays. The installation took place within 2 days, the tile on the first day, and the grout on the second. Bob did an amazing job. He was very professional (50 years of experience!). He also covered all carpeted walkways with canvas coverups to minimize soiling when going between the outside to cut tile, and back in to lay it. I will be looking to Nielsen's for future flooring needs. The service was tops!”

“Integrity Hardwood installed the wood floors at our home in Montana - about 1 1/2 hours from his business in Idaho. John Sandford really worked with me long and hard to determine exactly what wood and what color of stain to use for the look I was trying to achieve. He was patient, hardworking and reliable. He also was excellent at working within our budget. I should also note that the work was completed on schedule, even when we were under pre-evacuation orders due to forest fires. He has our highest recommendation and we will definitely use him again.”
