My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. I now live in my dream house; Jay perfectly captured my design aesthetic and created an extremely functional living space. “Magnus Anderson installed 600 square feet of hickory flooring in my house. They were flexible with the schedule, showed up when they said they would and had good suggestions for improving the look of details. You might find someone cheaper, but it won't be by much and they probably won't do the kind of quality work that Bob and his crew turn out.”

“We had two separate services done in our house. We had a cork floor installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. The service was exactly what we were looking for, so we decided to use Berlin Flooring to refinish the hardwood floors on the remaining part of the main level. The refinish results were amazing and our only regret was we wished we had decided to do that before we moved into the house. We are able to leave a key with them and the work was done while we were on vacation. What a great surprise to come home to. The work was done promptly and everything was cleaned up when we returned.”

“Don and his team were amazing! We built a a master suite and brought them in after the project was started due to an incompetent contractor. We were able to quickly come up with a design and work started promptly. His team installed beautiful floor and wall tile throughout the bathroom to give a modern feel while keeping with our craftsman style home. They also installed beautiful dark wood flooring throughout the master bedroom. The installers were kind and arrived on time each day. The supervisors stopped in daily to make sure the work was being done to their standard. We were given the much needed attention we had desired. The prices were fair and we are so happy with the results. We plan on using Paradigm for future projects within the home.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Denver Carpet & Flooring on a recent photo shoot. I was there for "before", "during", and "after" shots. The high level of professionalism and attention to detail that I witnessed was outstanding! They took care of not just the floors, but making sure that the humidity was correct, the newly painted walls were protected, and came up with a solution for the baseboards that saved the homeowners a lot of work. They kept the work area very clean, and were respectful of the homeowners' needs. I would hire them in a heartbeat and wished I had known about them earlier!”

“PSI Wood Floors recently finished about 1,400 square feet of hardwood flooring and projects at my home. Due to some water damage they had to replace many boards and fill any cracks from the damage. They also replaced all banisters and finished them. I wanted the color to be a little darker than before and they matched it to the perfect color. PSI Wood Floors did a phenomenal job in my home. They did what they said they would and exceeded my every expectation. They often stayed later if they ran into a snag and treated this project as if it was their own home. My home has never looked better and I am so thankful to have found PSI Wood Floors.”
