“I have used Fairfax Floors for two projects and the “5” rating is well deserved. They installed beautiful wood flooring on the lower level, stairs and upper hall of my townhouse. Miguel’s installation work was impeccable. The latest project required a customized rug for an awkward dining room space. Kevin offered a creative solution and had the rug made. Very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Fairfax Floors. I found them reasonably priced, projects were completed on time and customer service was excellent. I plan to use them again.”

“Excellent floor installed. Got praises from all my friends, saying it looks very luxurious. I chose the LVP floor, which is water proof and scratch proof. I like the fact that the floor was made in USA and that is ecofriendly. It leaves no strange smell afterwards (as I am EXTREMELY sensitive). I also like that they are ecofriendly and recycled the materials of the old carpet and the wooden floor. Promptly finished the project. Jose, the owner, helped me all the way from selecting the floor to the final inspection. He is always on time and provided honest recommendations. Everything went well as scheduled. Workers are very friendly and they did a thorough job. Highly recommend if anyone wants their floor to be replaced or repaired.”

“I've used Unique Floor twice. They installed new carpet throughout my 3 story townhouse, including the stairs. They gave me an excellent price for installed quality carpet and padding and worked with me to accommodate my need for special arrangement on the timing of the installation. The work was professionally and efficiently done all in one day, with a thorough clean-up and no mess left. All I had to do was enjoy my new carpet. I was so pleased with their excellent work I hired them again for work at my mother's house. Here they installed carpet in a finished basement including the stairs, and ceramic tile in the foyer. Again, excellent work. I highly recommend them.”

“8 years into our new home and of those 8, 4 years into having our Chocolate Lab our floors were looking rough. VA Top Floors came in and they made them look better than new. The color suggested was amazing and better than what the builder had put down. Very detailed and thorough. I loved that the owners were on site every day and even getting down on their hands and knees doing the detailed work. Very picky and any blemishes were redone immediately and not covered up.”
