“Diego, the owner, is not lying when he says that he is 'passionate about providing customers with premium-grade, design-conscious flooring.' As an Austin resident with a newly emptied condo in Yorba Linda, I had one weekend to visit Simple Floors, make a judgement and request service. Diego and his son-in-law made everything work. Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. My father, an old-school veteran of the construction industry, inspected the unit afterwards and said he was impressed with the work. Simple Floors is professional, flexible and (amazingly) affordable. I'd recommend them to anyone. Was this review …?”

“We hired Irvine Carpet and Flooring to install carpet in home we just purchased. We looked at several places before choosing Irvine Carpet, and it was a no brainier. They have great customer service and their prices were the best we found, while still providing a quality product. We worked with Sean and he was incredible! We had a very short and specific timeline. (Needed carpet ordered and installed within 2 weeks). Not only was Sean able to meet this deadline, but he was able to complete it earlier than expected! Sean answered all of my messages in a timely manner and was very professional. In addition, the installers he sent to our home to install the carpet were very friendly and were able to complete the job quickly. I would highly recommend hiring Irvine Carpet and Flooring for all your flooring needs! We will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Awesome, super unique rugs, and really easy to work with. They know more than may be healthy about rugs, not just where they're made, what they're made of, and how they're constructed, but the realities of the industry, the history of the process, the cultural significance of the pattern. It didn't feel like I was buying a rug but more that we were trying to fit the needs of the room. They had an eye for space that made it feel like a space and not just a space with a rug in it. I'm stoked because now we have a baby room rug that the kids can drool on, lego on, have accidents on, play dream phone on (or whatever the modern version is), and will be something that eventually they'll fight over as adults when they're building their own homes, and I may... not give it to them. :-) We'll see...”
