“The people at Sunshine Floors put the customer first. They have a lot of knowledge and will work with you to get your job done right the first time. R.T. came to give the estimate which was quick, but clearly he knows what he's talking about. Their price estimate was much more competitive than the 4 other quotes that I got for refinishing of the floors. The floors did require some extra work, but even then, the original time estimate was 6 days, but ended up being done in 3. R.T. had his team working at a very efficient rate. “Brandon and his team are good at what they do. They conduct themselves in a very professional manner. They arrive when they say they will, they keep to the estimate, they explain what is possible and even what is not possible. We've had them work on our current house and also a new condo renovation we are doing. In both locations, a floor touch up and a complete flooring installation, they did a perfect job. “12/28/14 On the rare occasion when a job is performed that exceeds my expectations I would like to see that credit is acknowledged so others might find a similar benefit. I contracted with Matt Bruno (Palermo’s owner) and had the benefit of his foreman –Roberto- heading the crew. Roberto and crew worked at my house over a three day period. This was a basic sanding and poly job with both staircase and spindle areas that required more than machine work. I also required a follow up for touch up that occurred because I’m over exacting. The resulting work was professional, attentive to detail, crisp and done with a most positive attitude. They cleaned up each day and my wife had no issues to complain about. Under Roberto’s leadership the crew was able to affect the desired result. Matt and his people were able to answer all questions to my satisfaction in terminology I could understand. I interviewed a number of contractors before choosing Palermo and found Palermo’s pricing to be within the range of others. With the results I achieved, I would have gladly have paid toward the higher end and been equally satisfied. I did not experience delays in scheduling. With the volume of work this company does, you might have to be patient on setting a date I waited three to four weeks before the start date; but again the wait was worth the extra quality and professional service received. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend."”

“I would HIGHLY recommend BH Hard Wood Flooring. I have used them twice. Once to sand and poly my oak floor and I was so pleased with their quality, I used them again to install a laminate floor in my den. They were on time, courteous, and very hard-working. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results. They even gave me a free package of floor pads to use on my furniture. (It's the little things, right?). Also, they cleaned up everything. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere—a great company!”

The job they did refinishing my existing wood floors was top notch, and the one of the lowest prices I found after shopping around quite a bit. He then put in a stone tile foyer for me in a flash and did such a professional job.”
