“The team at Eagle Hardwood Flooring were a breath of fresh air to work with. They were extremely professional and caring in ensuring our hardwood floors were refinished with the utmost standards and quality. The leadership team scoped out the job on Monday and by Wednesday we booked the job, they started on Thursday and the project was fully executed and all deliverables were met by Saturday. We had really light dated hardwood floors and they refinished it with a dark walnut fine finish. The holes they patched were perfect. Five stars and hats off to Thiego, Lewis and the entire team!”

“Brandon and his team are good at what they do. They conduct themselves in a very professional manner. They arrive when they say they will, they keep to the estimate, they explain what is possible and even what is not possible. We've had them work on our current house and also a new condo renovation we are doing. In both locations, a floor touch up and a complete flooring installation, they did a perfect job. “12/28/14 On the rare occasion when a job is performed that exceeds my expectations I would like to see that credit is acknowledged so others might find a similar benefit. I contracted with Matt Bruno (Palermo’s owner) and had the benefit of his foreman –Roberto- heading the crew. Roberto and crew worked at my house over a three day period. This was a basic sanding and poly job with both staircase and spindle areas that required more than machine work. I also required a follow up for touch up that occurred because I’m over exacting. The resulting work was professional, attentive to detail, crisp and done with a most positive attitude. They cleaned up each day and my wife had no issues to complain about. Under Roberto’s leadership the crew was able to affect the desired result. Matt and his people were able to answer all questions to my satisfaction in terminology I could understand. I interviewed a number of contractors before choosing Palermo and found Palermo’s pricing to be within the range of others. With the results I achieved, I would have gladly have paid toward the higher end and been equally satisfied. I did not experience delays in scheduling. With the volume of work this company does, you might have to be patient on setting a date I waited three to four weeks before the start date; but again the wait was worth the extra quality and professional service received. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend."”

“Reccommended by a realtor friend who has seen Sammi's work in numerous other homes, Sammi and his crew paid close attention to detail and did a great job restoring our 100 year old floors. Sand, stain, and poly. Job took longer than any of us expected, but he didn't rush or cut any corners. He explained the unforeseen issues, and took care of them. Price was reasonable, similar to other quotes we got. I would use him again.”
