“DEC installed wood flooring and baseboards throughout my home. Prior to installation the team grinded the concrete floors applied adhesive and poured self leveling throughout the entire ( excluding restrooms) 2700 ft house. Once that process was complete they installed the flooring and baseboards. All work was done very clean with attention to detail. They also addressed my concerns throughout the installation process. The floor has no soft areas or bounce areas due to the self-leveling that was placed prior to installation. Yes self leveling process is pricey however your end result is excellent. I am extremely happy that we went through the correct process. I have spoken with other people that have the same type of flooring and did not do this process and have bounce and soft areas. We are pleased with our final product and are happy with DEC on not cutting any corners on the installation.”

However, the new owner, Matt, has done an amazing job of continuing the tradition of high-quality service, excellent selection and low pricing. You aren't going to find this combination in a large home/hardware store. Highly recommended!”

“Diego, the owner, is not lying when he says that he is 'passionate about providing customers with premium-grade, design-conscious flooring.' As an Austin resident with a newly emptied condo in Yorba Linda, I had one weekend to visit Simple Floors, make a judgement and request service. Diego and his son-in-law made everything work. Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. My father, an old-school veteran of the construction industry, inspected the unit afterwards and said he was impressed with the work. She provided on-point recommendations for the window coverings I wanted and even suggested a way to save some money for me. She understood right away what I wanted and what I liked and make great ideas for me to consider. She was very pleasant and friendly and I highly recommend her. “Mark was amazing, professional and on time. I had previously worked with other contractors over the years and was truly disappointed with the time lines promised and the level of service. I was referred to Mark from a friend and he came over and showed me a variety of samples. He spent an hour with me going over different samples and costs. He was honest and did not overpromise. I wanted a particular sample and he called to check the availability and told me that it would not be in stock for three weeks. But, then he showed me another similar sample that was available immediately. I wanted to have my floors ready for a family event so I picked the other color. His crew showed up and worked diligently. They were clean, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend GF Flooring.”

“We spent a lot of time getting designs and quotes for a combination carpet/hardwood/stairway remodel. It seemed like no one wanted to handle the project or help us select the best materials. The professionals at Bixby Plaza Carpets & Flooring really stepped in and took the reins, while deferring to our own wishes and budget. Darin had great suggestions; he had a new wool carpet line that he was very excited about, and so were we! It cost more than the nylon, but wears beautifully. He helped us decide which rooms should have hardwood and which ones should have carpet. The final result is just perfect. “My store associate was wonderful. He was helpful and genuinely friendly. Their prices were fabulous and their selection excellent. The store is huge and though they carry a lot of outlet product, it didn't look it. I took one star off for the store associate who seemed to size me up as I walked through the door and never offered his assistance. I get the distinct feeling that I was on the receiving end of some age-ism.”
