“Jason’s team from Wood & Stain did an amazing job! The estimate was that it would be a 3 days job. They came on time and finish the job in 2 days! The price was very good And fair. They worked hard and efficiently. They were very clean! All the messy part of the job was done outside. When they left, they cleaned up. There was very little I had to do. The stairs look great. It was exactly what I wanted. They even had to remove apart of the floor and were able install a new piece of hardwood floor, which this did very well and it’s not noticeable or odd at all. I honestly have no concerns!”

“We just had our whole upper level done in hardwood, full oak staircase, baseboards and trim work done throughout the house, Queens is top notch the results were perfect ! We thank them for their professional demeanour and precision craftsmanship! They came in and seven days later the work was complete. We made several changes as the work was progressing and the guys accommodated us with absolutely no questions asked .... Whatever we threw their way they did it !!!! Absolute pleasure to deal with! Will definitely be referring them to all our relations!”

“From asking the right questions in his showroom, to narrowing down our optimum flooring choices, to providing a professional installation crew, Ben at Floors Direct North was the consummate contractor. We were encouraged to take samples home to see them in our home's lighting. His estimate was within our budget and he worked with us to book the work to our schedule. The installers showed up when promised and were friendly, conscientious and hard working. Any difficulties (like the nosing to be installed at the basement stairs wouldn't work without some tricky alterations) were brought to our attention and discussed to resolve to our satisfaction. The cleanup was spotless at the end of each day. Our new wood floors are so awesome it will be difficult to put the furniture back! We couldn't be happier.”
