Her sense of color is sophisticated and she does not shy away from complex design patterns. She is professional in her work habits- the 'finish' is clean and precise. “Diego, the owner, is not lying when he says that he is 'passionate about providing customers with premium-grade, design-conscious flooring.' As an Austin resident with a newly emptied condo in Yorba Linda, I had one weekend to visit Simple Floors, make a judgement and request service. Diego and his son-in-law made everything work. Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. My father, an old-school veteran of the construction industry, inspected the unit afterwards and said he was impressed with the work.
