“We had Alpine come out to refinish our hardwood floors in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job. After 2 years though we did have an issue with the finish. Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used. Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”

Even when there was an issue with one of the flooring manufactures product, they stepped up to the plate and took care of it. “Miller Flooring installed beautiful hard wood flooring in my home. My wife picked the wood out at the Miller show room with help from knowledgeable consultants. The floor material and installers arrived on time as scheduled. The job was beautifully crafted and clean when completed, on time as planned. The price was on target, the installers very professional and skilled. It has now been 18 months since the job and the floor looks as if it was done yesterday. Well done, Miller Flooring!! FD”

“I had a major flooring problem in a fairly new home, but out of warranty. The builder would not help me. Solid Rock came in, determined the issue, fixed it, an installed a new vinyl plank flooring for us. It was a difficult project and was a higher cost project, because of the issues. Solid Rock removed the old flooring that was glued down, leveled the concrete slab the way it should have been done by the builder and installed the vinyl plank floor perfectly. They did it right. They painted all my baseboard so when the job was finished if felt like I move into a new home. Great work, highly recommended for their professionalism, and expert workmanship. I have a new floor now with a lifetime warranty. Yeah!!!!”
